PathPoint's Behavioral Services prepare low-income people with mental illness to achieve basic self-care and homecare skills that lead to true independence. Whether in one of PathPoint's low-cost housing units with services, or in an independent home with our mobile team of support services, or in our outpatient counseling and rehabilitation centers, PathPoint has a proven success record of supported recovery, crisis prevention and stabilization, homeless prevention, and reduction in higher-cost emergency care. PathPoint supported 638 members for the Behavioral Health Services.
