THE POPULATION OF THE ASSOCIATION IS APPROXIMATELY 3,500. NO GRANTS ARE PROVIDED TO OTHERS. THE ASSOCIATION OWNS AND MAINTAINS STREETS, TRAILS, AND COMMON AREA LANDSCAPE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. THIS AREA IS AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS AND THEIR GUESTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ASSOCIATION'S GOVERNING DOCUMENTS.
