Hospice of the Conejo provides assistance to people in their final stages of life through the use of highly trained volunteers who offer personalized emotional, social, and spiritual support. Care, education, and other support are given to each patient's immediate family members, including respite from the daily responsibility of caring for a loved one. In 2023, terminally ill patients and their family members received our care, often for the long term as Hopsice of the Conejo is not bound by Medicare's limitation of care only in a patient's final six months of life. These patients and families were served by our staff and volunteers. All hospice services are provided at no cost.
