IT SHALL ACHIEVE ITS OBJECTIVES AND PURPOSE BY ENGAGING IN PUBLIC ADVOCACY TO ADVANCE THE BUSINESS INTERESTS AND EXPAND THE MARKETPLACE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE INDEPENDENT FILM AND TELEVISION INDUSTRY WORLDWIDE; BY CONDUCTING TRADE SHOWS RELATING TO THE THEATRICAL MOTION PICTURE AND TELEVISION INDUSTRY, INCLUDING THE ANNUAL AMERICAN FILM MARKET ("AFM"); AND BY DELIVERING SERVICES AND PROGRAMS THAT ARE CONSISTENT WITH ITS MISSION AND NOT OTHERWISE AVAILABLE TO ITS MEMBERS.
