Services include facilitation of voluntary dispute resolution in civil matters, including small monetary disputes, housing-related conflicts, and interpersonal safety matters. Mediations are provided in person and remotely. Trained volunteer and staff mediators assist parties in reaching mutually acceptable agreements, increasing access to justice and reducing court congestion.
