Youth are recruited through local schools,the Citys Workforce Development System, the Community College District,community organizations. In preparation for job placement, youth are given the opportunity to earn a Work Readiness Certificate endorsed by the LA Area Chamber of Commerce, the City Workforce Investment Board, and the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA).
