MADlab is our new play development program, taking a playwright from a concept of a play to a first public reading of that new play. We developed five new plays, each very different from the other. We were particularly proud of the connection we made into the indigenous community of actors in Los Angeles as one of the plays was about resettlement, rights, and belonging Additionally, we were able to Live-Stream these readings and they were watched all across the country as well as by an in-person audience.
This program is acting classes. It is a scene-study acting class for professional actors.
