THE CORPORATION HAS EXECUTED A REGULATORY AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, WHICH GOVERNS THE OPERATIONS OF THE PROJECT WITH RESPECT TO RENTAL CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
