During the year, the organization accomplished the following: - Peer to peer education to over 35,000 farmworkers women on domestic violence (DV) sexual assault (SA), sexual harassment (SH), census, womens health, and working conditions through over 500 community events via house meetings caravans, virtual meetings, social media posts, tables at health fairs, art exhibits, theatre skits, and in the fields. Lideres members and staff also linked over 45 DV, SA, SH survivors to available services.
