The MCO CEF has continued to do important cultural projects during the season 2022-2023. Our goal is to support the education of talented musicians who are studying at American Universities and Musical Colleges and Conservatories. Currently we have students at Bard College in NY State (Leonid Gurevich), The Juilliard School of Music- Alisa Sadikova- Harpist, and Boston Conservatory - where composer Grig Balasannian is studying and Andre Romanov is currently getting his Master's Degree at New York University at StoneyBrook, Long Island, NY. Additionally, we supported excellent vocalists and instrumentalists in the furtherment of their careers: Grant Hanessian has supported young violinist Sergey Dayan from Armenia and Kira Makagon, Tatev Baroyan who was sent to audition at European Opera Houses and then received contracts for performances. The CEF produced a concert at Carnegie Hall featuring the 150th Anniversary of composer Sergei Rachmaninoff with the help of Elisa Wagner ICP (Production company in NY).
