TAG'S PRODUCTIONS ARE ECLECTIC IN TYPE, DIVERSE IN SUBJECT MATTER, FREQUENTLY NOT PRODUCED ANYWHERE ELSE IN HAWAII, OFTEN WORLD PREMIERES, AND PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO NEW PLAYWRIGHTS. OUR 26-27 SEASON WILL CONTINUE THE REMOUNT OF AUGUST WILSON'S AMERICAN CENTURY CYCLE WITH TWO MORE OF HIS PLAYS IN HISTORICAL SEQUENCE, PORTRAYING THE BLACK EXPERIENCE IN THE SEVENTH AND EIGHTH DECADES OF 20TH CENTURY AMERICA. ONCE A PRODUCTION BEGINS, THE NIGHTS OF SMTW, AND SATURDAY DAYTIME, ARE OFTEN OPEN FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS.
