EACH PROGRAM BEGINS ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE THE CORE 10 DAYS, WITH SCREENING MEETINGS AND PHYSICAL ASSESSMENTS, ALSO ORIENTATION AND INTRODUCTORY CLASSES. PROGRAM RESULTS INCLUDE DOCUMENTED CONSISTENT IMPROVEMENT IN HEALTH MEASURES AND REDUCED NEED FOR MEDICATION IN MANY OF THE PARTICIPANTS.
