Provided direct employment-readiness support to veterans transitioning into civilian careers by supplying career-start tool kits and essential work equipment needed to begin and sustain employment in skilled trades and other high-demand fields. Support included identifying each veterans intended career pathway confirming required starter tools equipment coordinating procurement and distribution of tool kits and providing guidance on early employment readiness needs. When appropriate we also connected veterans to employer partners and community resources that reduce barriers to employment. This program is designed to help veterans overcome up-front costs that can delay hiring increase confidence at job start and promote long-term retention and integration into the civilian workforce.

Reduced barriers to employment by funding and coordinating testing and certification support for veterans pursuing civilian credentials needed for hiring and advancement. This program helps veterans cover costs such as examination fees required testing registrations and related credentialing expenses which can be a significant obstacle during transition. We supported veterans by confirming eligibility and career relevance of the credential documenting the direct employment purpose and tracking completion and outcomes. The program is designed to accelerate workforce entry strengthen competitiveness in the job market and support long-term employment stability.
