MSCBS SUPPORT CORPORATION WAS FORMED TO SUPPORT MADONNA SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES, A NEBRASKA NONPROFIT CORPORATION (MADONNA SCHOOL), TO CARRY OUT ITS PURPOSE OF CARING AND EXPERT EDUCATION AND SERVICE FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION AND ADULT SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES AND TEACHINGS OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH. THE CORPORATION'S SOLE ACTIVITY WILL BE TO PROVIDE AND MANAGE SUCH FUNDING FOR THE FINANCING OF A NEW EDUCATION AND ADULT SERVICES FACILITY (THE PROJECT FACILITY) THROUGH A FINANCING ARRANGEMENT UTILIZING STATE AND FEDERAL NEW MARKET TAX CREDITS UNDER SECTION 45D OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
