LifeBridge Wellness is a culturally responsive suicide prevention initiative developed and delivered by Arabella Wellness Center to address the urgent need for healing-centered care among women navigating trauma, transition, and the invisible wounds of service. In 2024, Arabella designed and implemented a trauma-informed curriculum tailored to the needs of women veterans, perinatal women, and other underserved populations. The Qavah Circle is a perinatal wellness program developed by Arabella Wellness Center to support women navigating pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. Rooted in the Hebrew concept of "Qavah," meaning to wait with hope and tension, the program offers holistic, trauma-informed care that honors the emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of perinatal transition.
