Rooted in the Hebrew concept of "Qavah," meaning to wait with hope and tension, the program offers holistic, trauma-informed care that honors the emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of perinatal transition. In 2024, Arabella completed development of the full Qavah Circle curriculum, including modules on emotional regulation, body literacy, trauma-informed peer support, and community-rooted healing practices.
