LifeBridge Wellness is a culturally responsive suicide prevention initiative developed and delivered by Arabella Wellness Center to address the urgent need for healing-centered care among women navigating trauma, transition, and the invisible wounds of service. In 2024, Arabella designed and implemented a trauma-informed curriculum tailored to the needs of women veterans, perinatal women, and other underserved populations. The curriculum integrated emotional literacy, protective factors, and restorative engagement strategies. Arabella facilitated a series of interactive trainings across hospitals, clinics, schools, and nonprofits, reaching 325 participants-including clinicians, educators, and peer support specialists. Each session emphasized trust-building, cultural humility, and practical application of suicide prevention tools. Participant feedback highlighted increased confidence and capacity to intervene with compassion and urgency. The program was developed, facilitated, and evaluated by Arabella's internal team. Expenses incurred during the reporting period totaled $12,500, allocated from salaries and wages. Revenue of $29,050 was recognized under modified accrual accounting through a contract with a nonprofit partner committed to expanding trauma-informed suicide prevention efforts across North Texas and beyond.

Resiliency Pathways is a trauma-informed wellness program developed by Arabella Wellness Center to support women veterans experiencing chronic stress, burnout, and life transitions. Rooted in restorative leadership and communal care, the program integrates mental health education, restorative movement, peer support frameworks, and emotional regulation tools. In 2024, Arabella completed the research, design, and internal evaluation of a comprehensive curriculum tailored to the lived experiences of women veterans. Modules include nervous system literacy, breathwork, trauma response, and community-rooted resilience strategies. While the program was not delivered to participants during the reporting period, its development laid the foundation for future implementation and partnership. Expenses incurred during 2024 totaled $1,671, allocated from salaries and wages for curriculum development. No revenue or grants to others were recognized under modified accrual accounting for this program during the reporting period.
