IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS PURPOSE, THE CORPORATION SHALL PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING THROUGH VARIOUS PROGRAMS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: THE LJC SIGNATURE PROGRAM, LJC YOUTH LEADERSHIP ACADEMY, LJC SELECT WORKSHOPS, AND LEADERSHIP TO YOUR DOOR. THE PROGRAMMING IS CARRIED OUT IN A SERIES OF SESSIONS WHOSE CONTENT, FREQUENCY, AND SCHEDULE ARE TO BE DETERMINED ANNUALLY BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
