The Chief of Programs will advise the National Outreach and National Organizing Directors on annual and programmatic goals of the organization. The National Outreach and the National Organizing Directors will work with the Field Directors, the Fellows, and the canvassers to ensure that programs and events are successful and that 1000 Women Strong Education Fund Inc. is fulfilling its mission. This activity allows for 1000 Women Strong Education Fund Inc. to educate, inform, and engage Black Women in rural communities in key policy areas that directly and indirectly affect them. It will allow for civic engagement, social welfare, and charitable programs. To name a few programs and events, 1000 Women Strong Education Fund Inc. aims to host many community events such as: Juneteenth, back to school & holiday supplies and food giveaways, Earth Day farmers events, community gardens, Maternal Health week testimonies, and nonpartisan voter registration, etc. that all illustrate civic engagement, social welfare, and charitable activities.
