2024 marked ThriveSphere Athletics Foundations inaugural year with our first official program commencing in July 2024. In this short time we successfully launched our flagship program, the NorStar Volleyball, which provides structured training, coaching, and competitive opportunities for youth athletes. We fielded 4 competitive teams with a total of 51 athletes and offered training sessions serving youth ages 12-17. These programs focused on building athletic skills, teamwork, resilience, and leadership, laying the foundation for long- term athlete development and growth of the NorStar program for future seasons.

Scholarships and Financial Assistance - To ensure equitable access to sports, ThriveSphere provided direct financial support to families with demonstrated need. In 2024, we awarded $8800 in scholarships to help athletes participate fully in our programs by covering club dues and related expenses. In addition, we offered free clinics and lessons valued at $6280 to athletes who otherwise would not have been able to afford specialized training. These efforts reflect our mission to remove financial barriers so that all youth, regardless of background can access high-quality athletic opportunities.

Community Outreach and Impact - Our commitment to community impact extended beyond the volleyball court. In 2024, we donated volleyball equipment to local schools, helping them strengthen their sports programs and provide more students with access to physical activity and team play. We also coordinated a holiday toy drive that collected and donated 164 toys (estimated value $4000) to Child Advocates of Silicon Valley, serving children in foster care. These outreach initiatives demonstrate ThriveSpheres holistic approach: not only developing athletes but also fostering a sense of community, service, and responsibility among the youth and families we serve.
