THIS YEAR WAS ONE OF MEANINGFUL GROWTH FOR OUR FOUNDATION. IN FEBRUARY WE BROUGHT APPROXIMATELY 30 YOUTH TO ST. GEORGE TO PARTICIPATE IN A RIDING CLINIC LED BY THREE PROFESSIONAL RIDERS. THEY ALL LEFT WITH INCREASED CONFIDENCE, IMPROVED SKILLS, AND A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT IT MEANS TO RELY ON A GROUP WHEN TIMES GET TOUGH. THROUGHOUT THE CLINIC, WE REINFORCED THE MESSAGE AT THE HEART OF OUR FOUNDATION; DON'T LET THE HARD DAYS WIN. OVER THE SUMMER, WE HOSTED A LOCAL CLINIC IN THE GROS VENTRE AREA WHERE ABOUT 10 YOUTH LEARNED TO RIDE AND WE TOOK 20 YOUTH TO THE MONSTER ENERGY SUPERCROSS FINALS IN SALT LAKE CITY. THANKS TO MONSTER ENERGY CARES,OUR GROUP WAS GRANTED TRACK ACCESS BEFORE THE RACE, GIVING THESE KIDS A ONCE- IN-A-LIFETIME EXPERIENCE AND EXPOSURE TO THE PROFESSIONAL SIDE OF THE SPORT. THIS SUMMER ALSO MARKED THE START OF OUR WEEKLY RIDES, WHICH HAVE BECOME THE CORE OF WHAT THE BRODY HILLS FOUNDATION IS ALL ABOUT. THESE CONSISTENT OPPORTUNITIES ALLOW YOUTH TO BUILD REAL SKILLS, DEVELOP CONFIDENCE, AND FORM BONDS THAT CARRY FAR BEYOND THE TRAIL. LEARNING HOW TO FACE CHALLENGES ON A BIKE TRANSLATES DIRECTLY TO HOW THEY FACE CHALLENGES IN LIFE--AND THE GROWTH WE'VE SEEN HAS BEEN EXTRAORDINARY. LOOKING AHEAD TO 2026, WE ARE EXCITED TO RETURN TO ST. GEORGE FOR ANOTHER RIDING CLINIC AND CONTINUE BUILDING OPPORTUNITIES THAT SUPPORT AND UPLIFE THESE YOUNG PEOPLE.
