BLUE CIRCLE FOUNDATION RAISES FUNDS AND PROVIDES A PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM TO PROVIDE BOTH DIRECT AND INDIRECT FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO PATIENTS OF THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION WHO ARE LIVING AT OR BELOW APPROXIMATELY THREE HUNDRED PERCENT OF THE FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL.
