During this 25-minute assembly, students participate in: Taste Tests: Exciting opportunities to sample a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Interactive Q&A: Engaging discussions about the nutritional benefits of different produce, emphasizing the importance of each "color of the rainbow. School "farm market shopping" experience where each student takes home more than 28 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables This program serves high priority schools, where food insecurity is a major concern.
