IN 2022 THE RESCUE OBTAINED A CONTRIBUTION FOR 1.578 MILLION AND SECURED A LOAN FOR 500,000 IN ORDER TO ACQUIRE THE 22.97 ACRES OR LAND ON WHICH THE CHARITY IS LOCATED. THE LOAN IS A THREE YEAR INTEREST ONLY LOAN WITH A BALLOON PAYMENT DUE AT THE END OF YEAR THREE.
