STANDARDS - TO PROMOTE, THROUGH COOPERATIVE EFFORT AND PUBLISHED FACTS, INDUSTRY STANDARDS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. 4. INDUSTRY REPRESENTATION - TO PROVIDE STATE WIDE REPRESENTATION ON BEHALF OF THE INDUSTRY WITH GOVERNMENT, INDUSTRY GROUPS, LABOR AND THE PUBLIC. 5.
