ACTIVITIES FUNDED BY DONATIONS TO THE ORGANIZATION WILL TAKE PLACE IN MULTIPLE REMOTE LOCATIONS AS PROVIDED BY CONTRACTS WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS. THE ORGANIZATION WILL HAVE NO EMPLOYEES AND BOARD MEMBERS WILL NOT RECEIVE COMPENSATION FOR PERSONAL SERVICES TO THE ORGANIZATION. BOARD MEMBERS AND OTHER VOLUNTEER WILL PROVIDE VOLUNTEER HOURS TO THE ORGANIZATION TO SECURE CONTRIBUTIONS AND CONTRACTED SERVICES IN ORDER TO CARRY OUT THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION.
