Through our support groups, programs, classes and special events, paired with our incredible resource network, Roots Family Collaborative is able to raise awareness about perinatal mental health, normalize the expectations of the perinatal period, and strengthen support for new, expecting, and wishful parents and the professionals that serve them, ultimately creating a huge safety net for the hundreds of families undergoing this major life transition each year. Specific programs and projects include: BLOSSOM MOM SUPPORT GROUP; FRESH AIR FAMILIES HIKING GROUP; PREGNANCY AND INFANT LOSS SUPPORT CIRCLE; DADS GROUP; FERTILITY SUPPORT GROUP; CORAZON DE MADRES SPANISH SPEAKING GROUP; MOMS LIKE ME; PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS EVENT; ROOTS PERINATAL RESOURCE GUIDE.
