In 2025 we made great progress on creating a permanent home for the summer and winter markets for the Norwich Farmers' Market and creating a campus that will provide education and celebration of our agricultural community. We received zoning approval, water and sewer access, and our thorough application (including wetland delineation, waste water, VTrans, site plan, elevation) was approved. We also began an engineering and site plan for affordable housing, and preemptively had UVM experts on indigenous artifacts confirm there are no artifacts of any kind in the field.
